Job Description: Sr. Account Executive (US)

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Senior Account Executive responsible for driving direct and indirect sales within North America. This role involves identifying and acquiring new strategic accounts, developing strong partner networks, and leading sales strategies to meet or exceed corporate targets. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with other departments to achieve shared goals and ensure a cohesive approach to the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage sales activities within the designated territory, including account development and new customer acquisition.
  • Assist in developing a North American partner ecosystems
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and forecast sales accurately.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmap and aligning our solutions to their business needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with technical teams, solution engineers, and management to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Regularly engage in high-level meetings and discussions with C-suite executives.
  • Actively collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a cohesive approach to target markets, fostering a team-oriented environment and driving collective success

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and knowledge of the enterprise software market, particularly middleware, data integration solutions, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 4 years in a senior sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to build relationships at the executive level.
  • Structured, data-driven, and transparent working style.
  • Experience in startup environments or high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of BI, data analytics, IT solutions, and cloud technologies.
